• GSM / LTE radio or cellular transmission device will be your only security system’s communications link with our monitoring center. GoToMyControls.com is not responsible for cellular or radio communication services. Cellular or radio service can be interrupted by various conditions, including, but not limited to, weather and/or mechanical failure.

Homeowners Insurance

• Most insurance companies offer discounts on homeowners’ insurance premiums with the installation of a monitored alarm system. However, those discounts may vary and may not be offered in every instance. On average, a potential savings of up to 20% of your premium may be realized. It is recommended you check with your insurance carrier for details.

Z-Wave compliant

• No additional equipment is needed for GoToMyControls.com’s GO!Control panel to manage your Z-wave appliances. However, additional Z-Wave equipments are available at additional cost from GoToMyControls.com to control your appliances. For example, if you want to control your HVAC system trough the GO!Control panel, you will need a GoToMyControls.com GO!Control thermostat.

Referral program

• Credit for referrals is contingent on the referred client signing a three year agreement, plus payment in full of installation and first months monitoring fees. The credit shall not exceed a total amount of $50.00 per referral. For every three completed & paid up referral installations, an additional $50 will be credited towards monitoring fees to the referring party. There’s no limit to the number of times you can take advantage of this offer. Cannot be combined with other promotions. The information you provide will only be used to contact your friend regarding GoToMyControls.com service. We do not sell, lease or otherwise make available your personal information. A minimum three year monitoring contract is required, starting at $39.95 per month.

Transfer your monitoring service and Save!

• GoToMyControls.com offers this special program for homeowners who transfer their monitoring service to us. You are required to sign a three-year monitoring contract starting at $29.95/per month. A $99 activation fee may apply if control panel and keypad are locked out by existing provider. Offer applies to new customers with approved credit. Customer must be the homeowner. Offer may not be combined with any other offer and may be discontinued at any time without notice. GoToMyControls.com services are not available in all areas. Certain other restrictions may apply. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. This offer is not valid until any existing monitoring contract with another provider has been terminated. Customer is responsible for cancellation of monitoring contract with existing provider and all costs associated with the cancellation.
